Saganaki with Honey & Lemon Thyme

Saganaki is one of the best-cooked cheese dishes in the world!

And this one will blow your mind!

  • 2 pieces saganaki
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • A few springs lemon thyme
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Pita bread, cut into triangles to serve

Heat a frypan over medium heat.

Dust the saganaki lightly in flour and place in the pan.

When you see the cheese start to melt around the edges, wait 30 seconds then turn it.

Drizzle over the honey and scatter over lemon thyme.

Cook for about one to two mins or until the cheese has a nice golden crust.

Serve with grilled pita bread cut into triangles.
