- I fennel, sliced
- Juice 1 lemon
- 5 oranges, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
- 2 witlof, ends removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Spritz the fennel with lemon juice and arrange on a plate.
Add the oranges, witlof and pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle over olive oil.
