This is one of those recipes you can adjust to feed as many or fewv as you like.
Allow about a 2cm slice of watermelon per peron and 5 to 6 cubes of feta.
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
Slice the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the feta into bite-sized pieces.
Place a few pieces of watermelon and feta in a glass. Drape over pancetta and garnish with mint.
Place lavash bread in each glass.
Combine olive oil and lemon juice and spoon over the salads
